2026 IPSTA Conference Vendor Information

The Illinois Public Safety Telecommunications Association (IPSTA) invites you to exhibit and sponsor the 42nd Annual IPSTA 9-1-1 Conference, October 18–21, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois.

The IPSTA Conference brings together more than 500 public safety communications professionals from across the state, including 9-1-1 directors, supervisors, telecommunicators, IT specialists, and public safety leadership. The exhibit hall has sold out by early August for several consecutive years, making this one of the most in-demand public safety telecommunications conferences in the region.

Exhibit Registration Includes:

  • One (1) 10x8 booth space with two (2) full conference registrations with badges and event access
  • Exclusive Sunday evening vendor hospitality event
  • Dedicated exhibit hall hours designed to maximize attendee engagement

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $75 each (includes exhibit hall access and Monday lunch). Tuesday banquet tickets may be purchased separately.


Sponsorship Opportunities:

Sponsorship options range from conference-only recognition to packages that include calendar year-round visibility through conference materials, signage, website recognition, and chapter events. Sponsors receive priority vendor registration access before general registration opens. Upper-tier sponsorships are limited.

Early Bird Vendor Registration Deadline: August 28, 2026
Sponsorship Registration Deadline: September 25, 2026

Vendor applications, sponsorship details, and exhibit hall floor plans will be available at:
www.911conference.org. Reservations made upon receipt of a completed application and full payment. 

A drawing will be held following the closing session on Wednesday, October 21st. Attendees must be present to win. Vendors wishing to donate items for recognition may contact the Conference Chair or Vice Chair.

Hotel accommodations will be available at the Crowne Plaza and at the adjacent Holiday Inn Express. A housing link will be released mid-summer. Early booking is recommended. Vendors are responsible for making their own reservations.
