Group Membership

APCO offers group membership that allows all communications and IT professionals in the agency access to member benefits, as well as individual membership. Group membership provides an option for public safety agencies to provide benefits to all of their communications employees, rather than just a select few.

View our Group Membership FAQs (PDF) for a side-by-side comparison of each member category and benefits. View the APCO Group Membership Application (PDF).

Individual Membership

Those personnel who staff, manage, design, construct, install, command, or operate a public safety communications center and supporting information systems. Applicants must be an employee, retiree, volunteer, or a contractor of a governmental entity providing the described services. View the APCO Individual Membership Application (PDF).

Individual Commercial Membership

Those personnel who receive compensation for products and services rendered in business or industry. View the Individual Commercial Membership Application (PDF).
