We were really excited this year because we had our first official TC of the Year award.  I worked hard to get this award in and now every year we will be honoring a TC who goes above and beyond.  We had a week of fun, I made bingo games, word jumbles and crosswords that were all relevant to dispatching, we had a dress down day and our board authorized a set dollar amount for gifts and everyday staff were receiving “prizes” for playing. They each received a gift card to Wal-Mart and as their supervisor I gave them each a gift certificate for a local restaurant. It was a ton of fun and thought I would share. Thanks for everything IL APCO does to help up promote the work these people do.
