ANNOUNCEMENT
FOR THOSE MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THE OCTOBER 08 CONFERENCE
As most of
you know by now the Crowne and Holiday Inn has been full for a couple months.
I know everyone wants to get into the Crown but there are only 240
rooms at the Crown and we have nearly 800 that attend our conference
at different times. We are now booking rooms at the Drury Inn and
Hampton Inn in order to accommodate everyone. These hotels are
in the same area as the Crowne so driving or walking won't be a
problem. As rooms open and if I have your name on my waiting list I
will do my best to move you into either the Holiday Inn or the Crown.
Those of you
that are holding rooms that you are planning on canceling please give
me a call and release the rooms to me; it will keep you from getting
a cancellation fee and will help some of those that have been waiting
for a room. If the rooms are returned to me they will be
guaranteed to stay in the conference block.
It is our
intent to keep both the Crown and the Holiday Inn filled to avoid any penalties.
