National Public Safety Telecommunicator's Week 2009

CenCom is putting together a NPSTW Cookbook for 2009, and we want your recipes!  Everyone knows that the way to a dispatcher's heart is through their stomach, so let's share our recipes! 

Cookbooks will be available for purchase at cost.  The cost is estimated to be between $5 and $10, depending on how many are ordered.  They should be delivered in late April, early May. 

We are requesting that you submit your recipes by March 31, 2009 to Maggie at maggiecencom@sbcglobal.net.  Please feel free to submit more than 1 recipe - the more the better!

Please include with your recipe:

  • Recipe Name

  • Number of Servings

  • Photo (if you have one)

  • Your Name, Agency, and Title

If you are interested in ordering a copy, please email Maggie as well at maggiecencom@sbcglobal.net  Cookbook orders will be accepted through April 18, 2009.

We encourage police and fire departments to participate as well!
